When you are buying any of my art work this does not transfer Copyright. All images belonging to me are Copyrighted by D. L. Thomas including images reproduced for jewelry. All my images, original or reproductions are either signed, signed and numbered, initialed, includes certificate of authenticity or have my seal. If any of these things are not included and you did not receive it from me or any person or company I hired, it may be a forgery. The prints you find in the ACEO cards are also available in other sizes. Please feel free to contact me about what size you need and I will let you know if it is available. Some of the plate art that is used for family pictures will require your own photographs. You will need to leave a working phone number for immediate detail instructions for that project. Customized work is refundable only in the case that order did not fulfill full specifics of the customer or damaged in shipping as noted in shipping and handling in the Etsy shop. All custom work will require the customers acceptance of finished product before shipping.
